Return Policy

We value product performance, product safety and product experience as our top priorities.

Snovits has a comprehensive return policy to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Our return policy covers all purchases from this shop and from our other distributors. Please contact us at return@snovits.com to organise a product return; please include the following information as a minimum in the email: your name, address, contact number, date of purchase and location of purchase. Please note that product returns are only valid for 14 days after receipt of the product, and you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Snovits before returning the product to our warehouse.


Return of Faulty Products:

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will send out a replacement free of charge once we receive your returned product. The returned product must be in the original packaging with the correct product weight.


Return For Exchange of Other Product:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us and state the reason for the desired exchange. We will send out the desired exchanged product once we receive your returned product.

Please note that the returned products must be returned in as new condition, un-used and sealed in the original packaging. The balance payment has to be paid in advance if the value of the desired exchanged product is at higher price than the returned product.


Return For Refund:

In the event that you are unhappy with the product you have received and want a refund, please contact us and explain the issue. Once we have received the returned item, it may take up to 21 working days to process your refund request.

Please note that returned product weight must not be less than 80% percent of the original product weight. We will not issue a refund for any packages marked “Return to Sender".

  • Original packaging with original weight.
  • Balance payment must be settled in advance if the desired exchange product is of greater value.
  1. Contact us and request an exchange.
  2. Ship the product back to us.
  3. We will inspect the item.
  4. You transfer the balance payment if greater value replacement.
  5. We will ship the replacement item to you.
